ABC Hits Hemsby Beach

Saturday 2nd January 2016, ABC hit Hembsey beach on a blustery, cold winters morning to start off their new year training regime in style!

The dedicated youngsters wrapped up warm and endured 2 hard hours of hard training. Running, hill sprints, combat crawling, circuit training, shadow boxing and piggy back races all part of the fun.

Wet, cold and covered in sand the youngsters showed Hemsby what ABC is all about as their team spirit, hard work, dedication and sheer enthusiasm brightened the dreary day.
